Like muscletrainee said eat, eat, and then eat some more. It takes a while to get used to it but after a while it'll become natural. Eat every 2 hours at least
In a blender-
1 cup dry plain unflavored uncooked oatmeal(don't buy the packets,
they are expensive)
1 heaping tablespoon of Nestle Nesquick chocolate "No sugar added"
powder
1 cup non-fat milk
3/4 cup cold water
1 heaping tablespoon of orange marmalade(get the cheap store brand)
3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil(get the cheapest brand of
Extra Virgin only, in a 34 ounce bottle)
3 dashes of cinnamon powder(cheapest store brand)
4 scoops of chocolate flavor protein powder
Cover with lid and blend together. Stop the blender, open the lid,
use a spoon to scrape the undissolved protein and oatmeal from the
insides of the blender back into the shake liquid. Close lid and
blend again. Drink. Take your multivitamin with this meal.
I'm taking that to school with me today.. sounds incredibly delicious
^ sounds delicious? I'll eat what makes me better, but that doesn't mean I like it. Quite honestly, that sounds like ass to me.

I would've tried that monstrosity of a shake, but I have no blender at my dorm
Maybe this weekend I'll grab my blender from home. I used to mix frozen strawberries with vanilla protein powder and milk for my shakes. That stuff was goooood.

Sir, I don't post here in order to gain points in this "reputation" system you have here. I post because I am a professional in this field and I'm glad to share whatever I have learned with you all. In the online bodybuilding community, we don't have this "reputation" system on boards, so it doesn't mean anything at all to me.
Just so you feel OK, I checked and I haven't had any of these reputation points added since Jan 15. There's only been like 3 points. Is that OK?

I think you misinterpreted that.. I tried to rep you for your post, because it was very helpful, but the system didn't let me. In no way do I want you to stop posting, all of your info has been very helpful so far
it was very good actually.. I didn't add chocolate powder or olive oil because the powder I'm using right now is actually a weight gainer, so I figured it would have enough fats in it as is. I like the oatmeal idea though, it made the shake more filling. Plus I'll take any opportunity available to add extra calories to my diet right now
I've had the same problem gaining weight what protein powder is the best to gaining weight. what foods have lots of protein that I should be eating everyday.

1. eat mcdonalds 3 times a day. extra value meals only
2. no working. sit on ass all day. do nothing but watch tv.
3. eat in between meals of mcdonals
4. eat stick of butter everyday.
all this till you gain what you want lol
