Just a few points that some have misconcepted in the past. take it kinda like some humor, mixed with some truth. no one here should be offended by it, but just food for thought

Just cause you are ripped:

doesnt make you beast,wangdiesel, super strong, knowledgable, or perfect

Just cause one may be jacked:

doesnt make you massive, powerful, super strong, knowledgeable, or a self proclaimed professional

HOWEVER:

the combination of the two can give you the possibility of having some of those traits.



On people overweight:

Doesnt automatically mean they are stupid, lazy, dont care about themselves, or waste their life.

-example, many NFL pros are way above 300lbs and quite the athlete. warren sapp will not win any body building contests any time soon, but will prob out run and if not out work the majority of the skinny?yes, skinny, people who complain about fat people. then go take in about 4 thousand calories of food and watch tv?

On people who are underweight:

Kate Moss look is goin away. seeing your bones usually for most isnt attractive, healthy, or makes you fit.

however just like overweight people, some people will judge you before knowing WTF they speak on. some mean to say other things and it comes out wrong, and they come correct eventually, and thats cool?but as with anything in society, you have the ignorant who stay ignorant?


On supplements:

theres alot out there, but there are no supper pills or stuff that transforms you overnight. there is one option that can do it quicker than others? its called SURGERY. painful expensive and usually should be reserved for last resort in an emergency.

but whatever supplement you use, steroids included for those that will, you will still have to bust your arse in the gym?

if there were miracle pills and stuff, obesity would not be a factor and everyone here would be fitness models and movie stars?


On fat loss and weight gain:

cant spot reduce fat? only thing that does that is that magic supplement called surgery.

same for gaining mass? no real fast way to do so?nor can you be like popeye. quick tip? cars, buildings, bodies?. build the base and it will handle whatever you add on top. meaning if you work the legs the whole body grows.


wanna loose weight? do cardio and clean up the diet. simple concise.

wanna gain mass, eat quality foods, protein especially, lift hard, and sleep good, well and long. easy as you wanna make it on yourself.


On excuses:

drop em? they're BS and every idiot looks for a scapegoat. dont be an idiot.

if you are overweight? its not mcdonalds fault? dont sue them.. .sue yourself and give the winnings to charity. atleast if you do that, thats less money to spend on crap stuff

if you are underweight, dont blame everyone else besides yourself. matter of fact, sue yourself and award yourself the money..that way you have money set aside for food. no excuses on why you can't eat.

if you feel you are healthy? dont rag on the unhealthy?.UNLESS they complain for attention? at that point, fire away? but for the others who are unhealthy and are content, leave em be. you raggin on em doesnt motivate them to get to a gym. hell intimidation is more powerful than many of you think. not everyone is as strong minded initially and by nature. however if you have a prob with the unhealthy? instead of intimidating them, simply help out. you;d be surprised at how much can be changed if you made effort to help someone rather than diss someone.

if you are unhealthy, realize, that you hold the key to that change. I dont?not for you atleast, nor does anyone else. if you dont have the motivation or gumption, get online, find some friends or forums of legit people who can help out and also give you support. stick with em and change your lifestyle. but among all do it for you? not for some damn reunion and highschool, or such?

else after its over, you are less likely to keep it up.


On mental health:

work with this just as much as you do your body. try not to compare yourself to people larger than you or smaller than you. especially with totally different body types.

you dont compare oksana baiul with andre the giant, and you dont compare kerry strug with shaquile oneal. so if you are 5'10, female and 150, why try to be a size 2 like some girl or movie star who is 5'1 and 94lbs.

be yourself. sooner you can accept who you are, the quicker you can start maxing out your own potential. I dont know about the rest of you, but if I am remembered, I wanna be remembered for the crazy wild normal serious stuff "I" did.

not for the stuff I might have done that was originally done by 800 people before me.

unless you like living in others shadows.

bottom line of all this? be yourself and learn to respect others. and if someone is down?dont kick em?unless it warranted, but try and help another.

and above all, please use common sense. its free. the government doesnt even tax you for it.
