Ive been working out every day for the past month and a half, doing lots of cardio and lifting, Ive lost 15 pounds so far in about 28 days, down to 198. If that was at all possible, I would have done it by now.
Thats called water weight which you will gain right back in a day.
But no, it can't be done without surgury
Really? what is water weight?
I said I would gain it all back daily. I thought that was the weight of life. Now I know after 7 years of cutting weight it is actually water not the power of the lord.
It is POSSIBLE... but under normal conditions, doing so would kill him.
If he ate nothing and worked out, he could lose some serious weight but it would kill him.
On the other hand, if he's hiking the appalacians (sp?) from Georgia to New York, and eating 5k calories a day, he could lose that much in a week, if he was overweight. That way there would be tons of energy being burnt, but still enough nutrition being taken in.
At the same time, though, when your body doesn't have enough energy from food and begins taking energy from fat, the fats get converted to ketones, and the ketones enter the bloodstream (to get to the muscles). However ketones are acidic, which can overwhelm the natural PH balance of the blood... and kill you.
