1) There will be two categories - bulkers (for those trying to gain weight) and cutters (for those trying to lose weight.) You must state which category you want to participate in when you submit your pictures.
2) "Normal" supplementation will be allowed. Products such as creatine, glutamine, nitric oxide, green tea, tribulus, caffeine, etc are fine. Any product currently banned by federal law is not allowed. Any legal product that effects horomone levels such as SuperDrol, Phera-Plex, M1P, or 6-OXO is not allowed. If you're still confused about a product you are using or want to use, contact one of the judges.
3) Pictures must be submitted by January 7. Updated pics are required on February 1, March 1, and March 31. Required pictures are as follows:
Front relaxed
Back relaxed (optional)
Front double bicep
Back double bicep
Leg shot (full preferably, but thighs alone is good too)
Flexed calves shot
If you do not know how to execute any of these poses, contact either IronFist or myself by PM. I'm also available on AIM as DWasson85.
Also, don't be shy. Neither IronFist nor myself were born in shape (well, he might've been, but I was the fat kid in grade school) so don't worry about how you look in these pictures. Females, put on a sports bra or something.
4) I don't expect any of you to get your bodyfat measured for this competition, so with your pictures, please include your weight the day those pics were taken.
5) The only way to enter this competition is to sumbit pictures.

WEIGHT: 140
HEIGHT : 5foot 9 inches
i am trying to gain muscle while toning at the same time. so im a "bulker"
ok there ya go. if i did something wrong tell me and i will fix it. yea im that hairy. no i won't shave for the competition. and i had surgery on my stomach for acid reflux disease back about 7 or 8 years ago, there is scarring.
wow everyone decided to post their "after" pics first i guess haha. ya i need serious work but these nasty pics are gonna force me to look better.
i'm around 5'10" and 150 lbs
gonna be tryin to lose the beer gut and get some arm muscle hopefully. no supplements except 500mg calcium. just food and exercise. impossible? we'll see about that. No leg pics cause i'm not really worried about that now. if i can get my pants to button up i'll be happy

155g Protein (4 protein shakes daily, 38g each, plus whatever food intake.)
2 Glutamine Tabs
Performance Multi-Vitamin
3500+ calories daily
I might experiment with more supplements. They will be legal of course.
I took the pictures on a webcam so they were real dark. I had to brighten them up in the photo browser.

Well, i gained 20lbs since college and haven't worked out since my senior year in track which was 3 years ago. So, i will be a cutter trying to lose about 15 lbs. I will be supplementing with protein.
