So I went to get my car inspected today and failed due to hyperblinker(I knew I was going to fail for that. I'm replacing the bulbs with stock clear because in NJ(according to the inspection guidelines) you can have clear turn signal bulbs) and tinted tail lights.
What I love, while talking to the supervisor saying how it's bull-ish that a car with black tail lights stock can pass but mine can't the inspector that did my car left in his car. The ironic part was HIS tails were darker than mine and they were stock. I had trouble seeing his turn signals when he was making the turn. So it's not about the darkness of the plastic but if you modified it. What a bunch of horse-ish.
So... I can fix the turn signals but the tails I'm going to need a bit of help. Would someone be able to loan me a pair of stock or aftermarket tails that will pass inspection for 1 day? if you are coming to the NJ meetup on sunday I can get them there and if you are close enough(ie not Long Island) I can return them either monday or tuesday. Or if you are going to the AC meetup I can give them back then.

Heh, I passed after using the tails that I bought off djrabbi. Now I have a problem with the paint peeling off the taillights. I think I'm gonna go out(when it stops raining) and try to get as much of it off as possible... Then possibly find a better way.
