anyone know of good shops that wont rip people off that do transmission work?

a friend of mine needs to change the clutch on his rsx and doesnt want to take it to the stealership...and chain places are probably not the best option either. hes looking to buy the clutch online and then just take it to the shop to get installed. anyone know of where he can take it?

around hackensack/tenafly/englewood area.
