so ive been looking to move and i saw this apartment this weekend and just wondering if i should...
here is the listing...
Quote:
$1250 1BR Brownstone
1 BD with brick walls exposed, hardwood floors, brand new stainless steel appliances, door to door to Hoboken, NYC. All utilities included.
Available May 1st, 2006
NO PETS!!!!
6312 Kennedy Blvd W at 64th St
this is in or around West New York, NJ
i liked the apartment, and the landlord seems cool. but at $1250, im not sure. thats pretty much the top of my bracket. although it includes all utilities, thats still w/o cable. im gonna try to haggle with him, but i dont know if he'd budge. the location is ok, but its gonna mean a much longer commute to work...at least 45 minutes vs the 20 it takes me now, but im gonna be closer to hoboken...so theres that.
so what do you guys think?
