lol fair enough, damn 6 miles from beach. damn Im jealous Im about 1 mile away from the passaic river, if I follow it down ill end up by the beach eventually, but not as fun as you being 6 mile from the beach..lol
Yo not for nothing ya got alot of sick looking vics when I head towards central/south jersey, matter fact alot of sick rides out there. My girl lives in Elizabeth so I be out there alot also. Not very south but closer then where I am.

and yes living 6 miles form the beach is the shit, except when everyone from up north and NY come down...no offence, im not the only person who lives down by me that has that attuide..but thats only b.c when you go out to bars and shit they are the most disrespectful *******s, etc..

I agree with you to some point, I came across my share of them. No doubt lately I been heading out late nights like 9-10pm trips. I let you know when Ill be around early saturdays or sundays.

Wow I like the meal layout. Very healthy. Never cooked salmon, but theres a first time for everything. I want to eat like that all the time. Kinda of hard though.

you only get tickets if your retarded about it...and dont race when there is a ass load of poeple out...my boy goes out 2 or 3 times a week...and u wait for the race you dont drive around like a a-hole...cruise in the right lane doing like 40.
yeah but i didnt go out since summer, it was a madhouse almost every day. from what i geard police have undercver cops in 4 cars on 37 and at one point i heard they were going to bust the bus station.
i got the most stupid tickets i mean i took off my front plate and put it in my dash since i wa putting my bodykit on. got pulled over for that

salmon is real easy to cook - I actually have it every day for breakfast
i put crushed black pepper, cinnimon and this apricot/peach spread on it - then put it in the oven on 400 for 20-25 minutes and OMFG - so damn good! (this is for a 6 os portion, could be longer for a bigger piece)
It's not hard to eat healthy - if you have time to eat unhealthily, you have time to eat healthy - either way, foods going in

Thanks for that quick cooking lesson on salmon, I'll be trying that. I think I eat healthy well portioned 4-5 times a day, Only thing is I have to lower the amount of fat intake. I'm trying to get lean, so I'll keep working on that and make time.
