No they have a single child rule to curb population growth. As far as I know that is the extent of their laws on that matter.

No one. Reasonable that is. The guy had to get off by carrying that weapon in the field. It's unaccurate, clumsy, and loud. Shoot once, and your target (animal) will run fast. You need at least 4 shots to hit the moving target once with the AK* (*over 200y)

Ok so here is an example of someone who went crazy who would have passed all the tests for a concealed weapon.

i was going to post that story earlier. I feel road rage is a risk factor in this situation, in addition to the verbal male confrontation. The price of gas might be high, but people are not waiting in lines for gas. This seems like the short side of a larger story.

IMO it adds to the media inflation of desperation for gasoline. There is no frenzy, but the media is painting a picture of one.

Very true, its funny how the media has control of our (meaning the majority of people in the US) thoughts. Although its not the government its almost more dangerous this way.
