No retard. I assume the person is protesting China hosting the Olympics. They ask the question "Would we let Nazi Germany host the Olympics?" Irony is that we did let Nazi Germany host the Olympics in 1936.

Okay.......somehow I thought it would be a bit more obvious, I still don't understand why someone would care where the Olympics is. I see now why it's funny though, too bad the picture looks like it was taken in the thirties and doesn't seem recent. That's kind of funny, it'd be hilarious to see and even catch the guy's expression when you explain it to him.

lol yeah.
The whole issue behind where it is:
China is a communist country, they do not allow religious freedom, and attacked monks in tibet. Some were killed, others jailed for life. Since the riots, people have been protesting china hosting the olympics. People even protested the torch in america by hanging a banner on the golden gate bridge without help from construction crews (they just climbed the metal cables).
