If I'm not mistaken, this bill only applies to non-US citizens. Not that I agree with suspending H.C., but the Constitution, as amended, only applies to citizens. It was never written to regard foreigners.
However, I think that it is our moral duty to treat them as citizens and afford them the right to trial and the right to see the evidence against them.
I have been told by every law teacher I have ever had that the constitution applies to residents. Not just citizens. These guys still dont qualify as residents though.
Nothing will change for the better. It'll just keep getting worse until we're under a dictatorship with martial law. After all, the system is broken and the politicians have found they can vote themselves more and more power and money.... and we the people can do nothing about it.
