ok so i went to vote this morning and i was so angry to see no younger ppl.....why do most young ppl have voter apathy? i love voting!!!!!!!!


i went before classes and serious i voted alongside ppl 65+

every one in bc get ur asses up u still have some time!!!!!!!!!!!!

A bunch of my friends didnt vote.. "takes up too much time" they say..what a load of BS

But, if you dont vote, dont complain...right?

You thought the Liberals would win with the sponsorship scandal and the campaign that the PC was running with that?

Why I didn't vote is mainly for that reason. My riding is Liberal based, but it would not make a dent against the National feelings. People just see the dollars wasted and want a new choice. It'll mess up relations and stuff being a conservative government, but change sometimes is for the best. Only time will tell.

Oh, and my other opinion is that this topic should be moved to the Political subforum

Yea I used to live in Westmount, Quebec, and that place has been Liberal for the last 100 years I bet.
I voted conservative last election. I couldn't vote in this one because I live in Philly now

I voted. Looks like it's going to be a Conservative Minority Government. Harper will be one of the youngest PM's in Canada's history. I bet they will have another election in like 8 months.

Shitty thing is we don't decide who our PM is, the party decides. US actually gets to vote for their candidate (though booths don't always tell the truth - Florida). So really you want someone who makes your country look good.
