it is not really legal. just like a state can legalize murder, there is still a federal law forbidding it. same with weed... states can legalize it, but the federal gubment considers it illegal. not sure on the stipulation between federal and state governments on this matter.
interesting that the cultivation and distribution is illegal. so thank a higher being that the weed came out of nowhere haha. colorado is winking at the rest of this country.
why do we need more drugs ruining our families.. we already have enough. You will have "parents" not only having to buy cigs and booze, but now their daily dose of weed and since it should be easily attainable.
Seriously guys, one little issue on the ballot isnt changing anything. There are still state laws making it illegal, so dont go flaunting your ounce of weed in front of a cop. It is a huge controversy here in Denver because it BARELY passed.

"they" will buy it either way. "you're" not bringing more drugs into the household; "you're" bringing slightly less illegal drugs into the household.
but if they know its legal.. ithey wont think twice about buying it.. and it being legal would make it a regulated item..which a set price would be issued..and could make it cheaper then it is...or more expensive.. I'm just saying we really dont need like more problems in the american family.. im a psychology major so i guess i care about issues like this..
