Gotcha. I'm moving to Maryland (hopefully) next year and they do emissions testing. I'm trying to arm myself with a little knowledge in case my (soon to be) boosted Civic fails and emissions test.

There's a good chance that I'm not going to answer your PM.
right now, all im doing is cutting it off at idle, i have removed acess weight, and i have about 331 and my fuel light just came on. (A/C on, Auto, city driving i usually am about 300 at this point) this is my 1st set of data right now in a 6 fill up average. So when i fill up tomorrow i'll see how much i used. After this step, imma oil change, and acetone

How do you know that you are filling to the same point each time? Also, are you purchasing the gas from the same station every time, and which brand and grade is it?
It doesnt matter where i stop it, it would still average out with the next fill up, but i fill up till the auto stop.
im only using 87 regular unleaded
i use only exxon and shell. Like i alternate between the two each time
376.8 miles
12.062 gallons
=
31.239Mpg Log 1e
and final
307.5 miles
10.657 gallons
=
28.854Mpg Log 1f
So with weight reduction and cutting off at idle for more than 30sec
Average 1 = 30.386
Now i just installed my grounding kit, and im gonna continue to cut off at idle, and keep the weight down, im gonna replace filter, and replace the sparx. Also imma put in some stp total cleaner (once a year stuff, this thing ), that cleans injectors etc. heck a tranny cooler might be even part of these nest results. (i doubt it would help MPG tho :/ )
