CTX66, you're pretty smart in the area of oil, but please refrain from calling people profane names, it could help in keeping things a little nicer around here.
Overall, I'm somewhat disappointed nobody has shown any proof of their opinions so far though, facts are what shut people up.

Well, it's your choice to voice your opinion. I'm here to makes sure this crap doesn't happen, and you are more than welcome to voice your opinion, we encourage it. If you have a problem with someone, we (the mods) ask that you tell us instead of taking matters into your own hands.... that all.

normally id say all filter are the same, but then i saw what the fram looked like and decided that wasnt true. but so long as it has anti-drain back and good seals, it should be fine. but realize there are a few bad filters out there. otherwise use whatever brand makes you happy and same for oil. i dont think the engine will last any longer using mobil1 vs using some generic gas station oil.

Yup I'm pretty sure most Honda's die because of accidents are the rest of the car lets out. the engine is not my biggest concern in a Honda for sure.
I actually admire you for staying on this site for this long....anyways back to the oil filters.
