K&N, and fully synthetic Valvoline 5W-20. Switching to this gave me an extra 12 mph in 3rd gear!

Honda OEM is all I have used.....but if I were to use aftermarket I would go with Mobil One or K&N probably.

I use the xtnded guard Fram its 9$ with mobil 1 oil just switched to the EP5W20 mobile 1
