How to siphon gas out of our cars?

Is there a way or better, What is the correct way to siphon gas out of our fuel tanks. I just tried sticking a hose down the the tube that connects to the tank but it seems to be blocked by something. I need to get gas out of my car ASAP to put high octane in it before I go racing this friday. Someone help. BTW, the honda manual says you have to take the fuel pump out to get the gas out. Is it easy to take out the fuel pump. PLEASE HELP To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

so you tried the siphon kit? You should be able to push it down far enough to get some. But there's no way you're gonna get all 13 gallons.

Pull the fuel line out under the hood and turn the key so the pump turns on and pumps all the fuel out, I really have no idea.

I think ours has anti theft thing that makes it so you can't steal the gas because i the hose just stops on something but it is dry when i Pull it out. Im about 2/3 tank left so maybe if I get it to half tank by friday i can just fill up the rest with 94 octane. Gas is cheap here now so I better hurry 1.88 a gallon at krogers.

There is a anti syphon filter its basically like a peg board with a bunch of holes in it, so that the gas flows, but things like hoses cant pass through. Im sure there are multiple layers, so ud basically have to see inside to be able to pass the hose through. Most modern cars have this anti-syphon filter installed

with the mods you have listed, you dont even need higher octane fuel. you arent turboed or anything, so using regular gas is better for you.

he is using nitrous oxide and would benefit from a higher octane fuel.

to the thread starter, you can always just add race gas. the gases WILL blend.

Well I guess to anyone searching on this topic in the future is that its pretty much impossible to siphon gas out of our civics and the only way is to take out ur rear seat and get it out where the fuel pump is.

And yes I have NAWZ.
