Sounds when starting car

Someone hit me from behind about 2 months ago. Trunk, bumper, & quarter panel were replaced at a body shop. When I got it back, when I start the car, sometimes I hear this "water-spraying" noise (or imagine you sweeping leaves off your drive-way noise) and the even squeeky noises. Only comes on for 3-5 seconds when I start, then sounds normal when I drive. I don't want to have to bring it to the dealer if it is a problem I can fix myself. I was wondering if anyone can tell what the possibilities (if its not too broad) could be? Thanks To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!
