Rear Disc Conversion Help

I was wondering if there was anyone that can do the conversion from the drum brake to disc...live in gwinnett anyone that can do this would def be hooked up with food, money and beer.

Do you have the parts already? I have done the conversion and did not find it too bad. Maybe just a few pointers would aid you?
