2002 Civic EX Sedan Automatic Vtec: Horn upgrade?

The horn in my car is old, and the Denver area traffic ( our population exploded from 2 million to 3 million the last few years ) has become horrendous, with constant road work everywhere and people doing dangerous and crazy things EVERY time we drive a significant distance ( like 5 miles! ).

So I'm thinking of replacing my car horn, but there are a few issues.

First of all, I'd like a good LOUD horn, so if someone pulls 10 feet in front of me on the highway at 65 MPH , and I beep at them, they don't just blow me off or flip me off - they get the message of my discontent and maybe reverse what they're doing, before it gets one or BOTH of us injured or killed.

So I looked around and found this combo, which sounds really good and loud:

My other half, however, freaked out, when hearing it, and exclaimed "NO!". I reassured them that they're inside the car with the windows closed - it's the A-hole in front of us, who will hear this the most. But assuming I can overcome that objection...questions:

How much current are the horn switches in the 2002 Civic rated for?

These horns apparently draw 2.7 amps each, so if I use them both together, will I need a relay, to keep from destroying the horn switches?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

How often does anyone drive around leaning on their own horn button anyway?
Forget objections from nay-sayers....DO IT.

Switches are fine.

The stock horn(s?) are already controlled through a relay, you can use the original wiring and wire up just about any new horn you wish.

Don't have that kind of money to spend on this.
