As shown in the above post's pictures, there's one screw in order to extract it asides from a few pressure clips which will give when pulling the assembly out. Your power mirror and cruise control switches will then have to be unplugged and popped out of the assembly to put into the replacement one. It's pretty simple and straightforward if you are aware of that one screw. It's also a perfect time to see if your switch lights work for the background illumination of the cruise control switch and the actual cruise control indicator light (green). The power mirror background illumination bulb is sadly soldered onto the inner circuit board within that switch, but not hard to replace with a fine tip soldering gun and grabbing a bunch of these micro bulbs. Changing the bulb color condoms from the dead bulbs to the new ones is a tedious process (if you don't have the patience, I'd just recommend buying Honda replacement bulb/sockets), but you basically have to pick away at the base of the rubber with your fingernails until it's almost free from the bulb because you'll tear those suckers if you go too fast or pick too hard.
