The inserts make HELLA vibration... whereas this you can control the vibration based on how much you drill out. I recommend this.

Thanks for the DIY. I give you much respect for mixing your own poly instead of buying new bushings. I, myself, am too lazy to do the work; too much fear in damaging something. I was wondering what you guys think of just buying new lower control arms (LCAs) and having them installed at a local shop? I was considering these Dorman brand from RockAuto for $50 with the bushings included. They also sell Moog and Beck/Arnley for about the same price.
I hear a clunk and/or creaking noise when I hit a bump while turning. Thanks for your input.
