Aiming 01-03 Coupe Headlights

This DIY has pictures of only the driver's side headlight, but the same thing applies to the passenger side headlight.
Tools needed:

Your target:

Stick tool in to target:

Turn clockwise or counterclockwise and the beam will move up or down.

Same thing applies to the passenger side headlight
