Factory bulbs coated with some glass paint on the console/radio, cleared the back of the faces then sprayed the glass paint on them. All factory bulbs were retained.

My cars inca pearl (kinda goldish color) so I decided to do the yellow. Needles arn't going to be done, too much hassle to get the light to spread evenly.

Haha true, one day I'll be more into it, for the $3 it cost me to do this I was happy with the change.
EDIT: It's a 2 door so the lights were all red/orange before..

That's what I used for my dash and needles. I think 560ohm resistor or close would be a bit much but safer. You could go a bit lower like hi 400ohm so they're a little brighter.

i did the auto window, but it got pulled out when I took off the door panel. It's not worth it. Also the mirror, moonroof, cruise is terrible. I did it, but now my mirror controls are broken, so I gotta adjust them manually. It's super hard to get wires in there, and you need to use thin magnet wire.

well I just broke off the led on the window switch, so it doesn't light up. The other controls are blue. If you don't wanna deal with it, just take out the little bulbs and they won't light up.

hey i got a question...
i pulled out the factory unit, took off the face plate, removed all those little orange coverings .... and kinda broke a bulb. heh, ya can't notice it, but here's my question.
since electronics isn't my strong point, i assume i can pull out all of these bulbs and put LED's in there place?

ooh in the radio? It would be neat for sure, but I don't think anyone here has done it. If there's enough room, you could run new wires and put the leds in that way (independent circuit) and wire it to the dash lights.
