Ok well for the last maybe year or so (probably more like 2 or 3 but who knows.) I have had one swollen testicle, like when I say swollen, I mean almost the size of two golf balls. I have been hesitant to go to a doctor for fear of something bad. The girl I am talking to has convinced me to go to the doctor, so naturally I am going. Every once in a while it isn't as swollen, but it is always swollen a little. I am just scared and I shake everytime I think about what can be wrong with me. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what happened if and when you went to the doctor. I know I need to go ASAP, but I fear things, but Melissa said if there is a problem she doesn't want to get it So naturally for her well-being I am going. I am not doing this only for her, I am 21 now and I have to nut up (sorry for the pun ) and be a man and go. Please don't coming here joking and talking shit, this is meant to be a topic to discuss this and not to be mocked at. This is 100% serious. Thanks in advance.

next time you nut take a look at it and see if theres any blood in it.. if so it could be epididymitis (infection of the nuts, sorta like a bladder infection.. except its in the balls..)
could also be due to a prostate infection..
my guess however
testicular torsion... aka twisted nut.. it messes up bloodflow and causes swelling, tenderness and the whatnot.. from personal experiance it feels like you got just hit yerself in the nuts but the pain has not traveled to yer guts yer.. sorta that "o man.. in about 12 seconds this is gunna hurt so much" feeling..
none of these are the end of everything.. get it checked out.. no biggie.. try soaking in a warm bath if it gets too ouchy..
That's kinda weird, no pain. Sometimes I just get a random sharp pain down there, it happens every once and a while. The best thing is to get to a doctor and see what's up. And just go from there
So you've had a swollen testicle for a year (or more) the size of two (2) golf balls and you haven't gotten that checked out? What's wrong with yoU? If one of my nuts was the size of 2 golf balls and the other was normal, I would take that as something wrong. That's fine if you fear things, but wouldn't it be better to go and catch it early if something is wrong, rather than letting it (possibly) progress and get worse? get your scrote checked mang.
Does this look normal to you?

but i would get to a doctor right away, if my balls looked messed up i would make an appointment right away
