Think of it this way - either way, things will be better after you see a doc. There are two scenarios
1) They fix it and you get normalcy back in your balls.
2) You lose a ball, but that's not that bad, really. Lance Armstrong is a uniballer and he kicks ass 24/7/365. And with one ball, you might be able to get HRT (horomone replacement therapy) which means free, legal steroids!
Sounds like a win-win to me. Hope you're okay though.

Maybe you got it backwards, what if you have a normal sized nut and one small nut? Instead of fixing the swollen one you could get a silicon implant for the smaller one.

yeah man, whats up with your nuts? I had a friend who had some shit going on with his nut, left one I think. He had it checked out and they said it might of been cancer... not to scare you, did some tests on his testies and he passed- they dont really know what it is, but think its just from stress or something, and said its nothing to worry about.
