Hey guys I have been getting a really bad pain in the back of my head since last monday, so yesterday I went to the emergency room I was there from 10:00am until 4:00 in the afternoon. I told them that I get this really bad headache in the back of my head so they took my blood out and they gave me a CATscan so a few hours passed and the doctor tells me that everything came out good that he does'nt know what it could be so he gave me some pills to take when I get the pain so I as soon as I get home the pain got even worse like it feels like i'm going to pass out or something. I feel the pain alot when I am standing up but when I sit or lay down it goes away just a little but I notice when I move my eyes around like left, right etc I feel the pain even worse so tomorrow I am going to have an eye exam to see if it could be that I wear glasses and I havent gotten an eye exam in like 2yrs, so I was wondering If this has happens to anybody here or too someone you know. The reason I'm posting this is because this pain is stopping me from doing normal stuff I usually do. I am hoping it's because I need a new prescription eye glasses. I think it is, but I just want to make sure. Hope someone can help me out. Thanks.

do you squint your eyes alot? I know that when I dont wear my glasses I squint and 20 minutes later i get a killer headache to the point where I feel like Im gonna throw up...go to your eye doctor and if he cant figure it out go back to the hospital and tell them that the headache won't stop even when the meds are taken.
did they take your blood pressure or just a sample? if they didn't take your blood pressure they should. Your blood pressure might be very high and that might be why your eye movement causes your head to hurt more.
Sorry If I sound like a know-it-all but my family has a history of chronic migrains, cataracts, and high blood pressure
If it's not anything that Andrew mentioned...have you had any trauma lately? Such as a fall, an accident, slip (not necessarily fall)? Something like that??? Your neck could be out and you mat need to see a wellness/corrective care Chiropractor. Just a suggestion if it continues....Best of luck.

I sometimes get headaches like that when my allergies act up, like when I bend down my head starts pounding with my heartbeat...that may be a reason.
Also it could be stress, are you under a lot of stress? If so take some time for yourself, hit the jacuzzi, masterbate or something, even a hot bath (bubbles optional) can help sooth your nerves.
Also perhaps you need to visit a chiropractor, it could be a pinched nerve or justa kink in your neck.
Also how often are you staring at a computer screen? If it is a really long time during the day that could be it also.
Maybe even your posture needs fixing, don't slouch, and don't look down a whole lot if possible.
Just throwing things out there that I have encountered in my life. *shrug*
