Read from some people that you need to adjust those once you get them. Check the fit and finish of it( are bolts all tightened, brakes working, right fuel mixture being used.. etc.) But once you get it, you enjoy having it just o play around with.

they sell those things at our local safeway. everyone i've seen riding them around looks like a total re-re. but whatever floats your boat.

when u see a shit load of them around in a pack, sounds like a bunch of bumble bees

i wouldnt mind playing around with one, but its a waste of $$$ to buy.
