Hey everyone. Here is an update to my situation. I really must seem like a loser posting all this crap on the Internet, but I really feel that this girl is right for me and want to do everything I possibly can to get with her. Well, since my lost thread, she has broke up with her boyfriend already, but she still went with him to his prom (he is older than she) because he had no date. This girl, we'll call her Stacey, said that it was a pretty bad experience because she really doesnt have many feelings for her Ex anymore.

Well, this is probably my time to strike. We've hung out and school and talked a lot over the internet and have done some other activites together. I felt that it was pretty positive, but sometimes when I am with her in person I get nervous and act strangely and not as smooth as I'd like. Well, I told her the other night that I liked her more than a friend and complimented on her looks and personality she replied with, "Awww, thanks " and asked "how long have you liked me for?" It seemed pretty positive ... but she didn't mention anything about her liking me back. I'm a little worried about this, and confused. Like, ever since I told her, she hasnt acted strangely but has been just as nice to me if not nicer. But she is just a nice person overall to everyone. I was wondering, do you guys feel that I should continue to pursue this? I feel like I need her really bad and don't want to miss out on this chance.

Also, she has pretty strict parents, lol, shes can't really do anything for 2 weeks because she broke her curfew . This includes phone calls and MSN. I was thinking since she really likes music and getting albums, I should buy her a CD this weekend give it to her as a surprise to cheer her up since she can't do anything on the weekend. She likes music such as Linkin Park, POD, Pilate, Audioslave...lol any suggestions on what CD I should get her?

I really need opinions right now since my friends are pretty immature and if I talk to them about such things they just reply with something stupid like "Just tap her man"

If you really want her to be in your life, tell her that. The best thing is to be up front with your feelings. Even if she steps on your heart at least you were honest with how you feel and you can move on. Just tell her how you feel, you'd like to get to know her better and see where it goes.

Relationships are hard sometimes but if you aren't honest about how you feel, you could lose a good thing.

Instead of buying her a CD why don't you make one with a variety of her favorite music and maybe even a few of yours.

She likes to collect CD's, like real ones. I listen to more rap than alternative rock, haha. Yeah, and I've already told her that I had feelings for her.

tell her straight up man...dont be afraid and ask her out or whatever...cuz you may never know you or her might not be there tomorrow man....seriously trust me man...ive missed my chances....

If you have told her how you feel and that you want a relationship with her then you need to ask her if she's interested. Out right ask her, show some confidence, girls love that!! But if I were you, don't waste your time if she's not going to give you some kind of answer in those regards.

dont waste your time doing it on the net or on the phone. Girls find it "fake" when you do it like that. Best thing is to tell him in person
believe me ive tried the fone/ internet way many times and never worked they always ended up saying no... but the in person method works much more. also it will touch her more if you burn a cd with all her fav songs on it rather than just buying a cd.

Hmm, yeah I'm thinkin that I will ask her out in person once her parents stop being super gay and let her socialize once again. The CD thing I've already worked out. I'm getting her the Strokes, I know its more "personal" if I burn it myself but shes a big music fan and its her passion to collect real albums and she totally loves receiving them. so yeah..
