Showing Appreciation?

Yesterday I bought a big screen tv and I asked one of my friends at work if he could help me out because he had a pick-up. The guy I bought it from helped us load it in the truck but I needed two other of my friends to help take it out and bring it in the house. Well my friend that helped me with the truck helped me out alot and I told him I really appreciated it and gave him $20 for gas and bought everyone Pizza, wings, and beer at my place for those that helped me out. I gave gas money to another friend that drove a long ways to help me out. Anyway I feel kinda bad because they did a whole lotta work and I hope that they don't feel like I took advantage of them or anything. Do you think what I did was enough to show my gratitude? They know if they ever need my helped i would be there..

A real friend wouldn't accept the money they'd do it because they're your friend. I think you showed your gratitude more than enough.

The tradional payback for guys helping guys out is in BEER.

That's it. Friends don't accept money, or gas money. Beer is the only acceptable currency among friends.
