plus, u can fit a bigger tire on a 15x7 vs a 15x6.5 if u want even more of a contact patch. I think the best u can do for a 15x6.5 is 205's, ( without TOOO much bubble or a huge sidewall) ,where with 15x7's ive seen someone run a 225, which is a hugeeee tire.

Yea, your right. So then whats the next best konig wheel then? The rewind? Dont like the colors, rewind, not liking to much either.
SevenCyrus, I'd run pink wheels if they were wide enough and light enought... but then I'm sick like that. (why do you think i have slipstreams for my race wheels? not exactly the best looking wheel out there)

"I know Solo only comes one minute at a time, but what an intense, non-stop, fast-forward car control exercise minute it is. Sure, the velocity is higher in road racing, but inside the car it is slow-motion in comparison. In Solo, the turns come like machine-gun rounds. "

15x7's with 225's. That's insane!!! I've got 15x8's with 225's on and a hair of sidewall bubble. I can't imagine taking an inch off my rims with the same tires.

Platin. It's a European brand. Got them used and haven't been able to find more yet.

IMO it would be. My first event out here isn't until June so we'll see how much better I do on the new tread.

pretty much the wider the rim the better, but its super rare to find anything bigger than 15x7. 15x8, is sweet, sounds like something a volkswagen would use. is ur car lowered? casue i would think they would almost hit fender.

Don't hit the fender yet and I'm only dropping it about an inch so I should not be getting any rub when I do. I have had them on for daily driver right now to learn the tires but I will be taking them off soon to save for race days.
