MX vs Azenis

I just changed my Azenis(stil 40% left) to MX a few weeks ago and want to share with you guys.

I like the MX better, althought they are little more expensive. I only got one set of wheels so 90% of the time I drive them on street, 5% in mountains, 5% in autocross
Reasons I like them:
1)The MX doesn't grip as well as Azenis when cold, but once heat up, they grip very well.
2)And the MX are lighter than Azenis, my car actually feel a little faster and MUCH quieter, and the gas milage is up by at least 10%. MX actually feels like a passenger tires when compare to Azenis
3)MX have a better feel than Azenis when pushed to the limit, I feel more confident on mountain when using my MX, MX make some noise telling you are pushing it too hard, while Azenis just slide suddenly when pushing beyond the limit.
4)wet tracking of MX is way better than Azenis

If I have 2 set of wheels, I will have MX for daily driving and Azenis for autocross. Hope this help some people deicde which tire to use!

I would love to try the new Azenis next summer!! Having Korean tires on a Honda just doesn't feel right

thats interesting that you say that. compared to any other tire i have driven (although the mxs are one tire i havent), the azenis provided the best feedback to the driver as to what they were doing. i thought that they made plenty of noise telling you when you are pushing them. with the azenis, i could feel more of the road through my steering wheel... very confidence inspiring.

pros over azenis:

consistency-temp
wear
noise

cons over azenis:
sidewall flex(less response)-but u get used to it
cost
