Man, looks like tons of runoff - not like what we have up here with Pacific Raceways in Seattle. You go off on that track, you're gonna mess something up for sure. Looks awesome, keep it up.

Here in CO in order to race with the SCCA, the requirement is that you have a LEAST 4 Solo2 events under your belt. But you CAN go to the track under NON-Sanctioned status, when the SCCA hasn't got the track and just run your BRAINS out. Only down side to that is, it's more expensive than with the SCCA. Just call your local track and ask them.
Its called Open Tracking, not Road Racing. Road racing = wheel to wheel racing where you Will most likely bump in to the cars around you a few times durring a Timed race. Open tracking is a Track session where you get to take your street car on a race track and see how fast you can go on it. there are ushually specific rules on when and where you can pass cars. and rather then a timed Race there is a timed session (like 30 min or so). I konw Many Road Racers/Club racers that get really Annoyed when Open Trackers call what they do Road racing.
