cool, hey, i have a few questions, if i race my friend from a stop in a large empty parking lot and put some cones there would that be cool? like who ever can get around it faster?
That could elicit ANY number of citations...wreckless driving, RACING, theft (even if you bought the cones, you couldn't prove it w/o the reciept), etc. Only practice I get, is LATE at night on my "fun road" and race day. We have a local "road course" that for $65/day you can go and run the hell outta yer car, but there's usually TONS of rides there on the weekends, so I'm gonna try to go during the week sometime...you should do some searching for a local road course near you...trust me...you DON'T WANT THE TICKET(s) lol
Yeah I would find a way to get it sanctioned by the owner of the property even if they will do it for free or don't care. That way if you get stopped by cops you have something to show them. I like the JICs. I have played with them too much yet and I wish I had a set of racing rims/tires. Definitely A LOT less body roll.
