Well sure no one is going to argue that a turbo isn't the hot ticket.
But there is a reason 80% (my guess) of the people on these forums either have or plane to get a CAI or Short Ram Intake.

and its cheap and ez... to do.. in my opinion, i like it better than exhaust... exhaust is like always on... intake is like an on and off switch... all the down, on... normal drive... off

Also most after market mufflers look to Rice on the vic IMO

Nah, I'd do a little checking and see what combinations of intake header and exhaust give best performance gains. Unless you're just going for looks and sounds, then who cares, really, just buy what's cheap, lol.

Haha, she almost got an EX/Auto with navi, but I convinced her to get the SI instead. Seriously, the only drawback to the 06 si is engine management. Its got drive by wire so its a major pain to get past that. I have a friend that has a greddy kit on his and he's tuning with emanage ultimate. Not the best system to use but on that car, its all that's available.
