newbie transition from 4x4's

I everyone im in the LA area, i had to sell my 4x4 so i could get a car for school, so i got a civic, now i miss working on my car so i decided to start modding my civic, the only problem is I don't know where to begin. I don't know much about street cars the mods you do to them. I knew all the ins and outs of the 4x4 world, where to get parts , where to read up on accessories, etc. Im hoping this forum will help me learn more about the civic world. hehe. so if you have any helpful ideas, send em my way. 2003 civic coupe EX manual tran. only mod: cold air intake.

As for modding, depends on what you like. It is now known that the only way to get any power with your/our engine, is to a.) turbo it or B.) swap it. WHat do you want to do, style? Power? A tad of both?
