ebay fog wiring

I am installing my fogs, but there is this 1 pin connector , yellow wire, that has a piece of paper around it that says ignition. What do I do with this?

Yeah, but it was pretty hard to get the metal inside the plastic to line up with the metal it connects to b/c of the poor quality..lol it works though.
