7443 amber bulb FOUND
after visiting summit, autozone, pepboys, kragen, advance, walmart, meijer, albertsons, car toyz, custom concepts, oreilly, napa, and a few others, i found that the seller is back on ebay. get em while you can, he usually takes forever to get back in stock. This is the ONLY place anywhere that has these. oh okay i just checked there. they used to have apc amber bulb but not anymore, just some chrome which is too dim for me.

well i was at autozone for something unrelated and happened to glance in the clearance bin and there were my bulbs, the real amber glass that say made in japan. i bought em in case the ebay ones dont work out, but they only had one pair and now its discontinued

Yeah I found some amber ones at autozone for a dollar 95. pretty funny they were in the oil section the lighting.
