Its 107k now, Both work and the girl-friend (2 years) are about 20 miles away. I drive back a forth a few times a day. It sucks to, cause I am riding on the stock struts and they're getting pretty bad. I can feel the wheels bouncing off the road over bumps. I hate the roads here.
I was going to buy some KYB GR-2 struts this week but I just got home from BestBuy. Bought the lady a iPod video for the heck of it. So those will have to wait til next week. My poor car has been through hell. 2 bad accidents (should have been totaled between the two adding upto about $9,200 in work). Messed up alignment from body shop which screwed my tires up (never reimbursed for new). Cracked exhaust manifold that stinks up the heater. Rebuilt the 5spd. There is alot more, but this isn't the right thread, so I'll stop now. LOL

I used a dremel with a super fine (almost polishing) bit. Just flattened the head so there is pretty much a 90 degree edge. I also took the little lip off the base of the LED so it would fit in the socket thing.
so utahbmxer your needles are blue cuz you used the leds in the back the cluster to light them right? or did you put some in specially for the needles cuz i am still deciding what i want to do

All I replaced is about 5-6 LEDs in the back of the cluster that light the faces and needles. I was thinking about adding some LED's behind the needles (in the guides) but after I sanded the needles and put white paint on the back of them, they were actually pretty bright.. so I haven't put any behind the needles yet.
