12v outlet panel removal

I need to know how to get that trim pannel where the fog light switch mounts out without breaking it. anybody done it before? To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Stick screwdriver in the edges and pry it out. It's just held by clips.

On an 01-03 (not sure for the 04, I think the center console has to come out, but I'm not positive) it just pulls out. No need to risk bending the edges with prying. I like to put a thumb in each corner of the pocket and pull. Some use the socket hole for their thumb. It pulls out.

yeah, i have an 02. I ended up puting a hole in the center of the one I wanted out and pulling, it worked pretty good
