final post on my conversion

same car as impulse, same projector, little differently converted, and i am using h1 bulbs, since my d2 plug is still not yet arrived

from this pic above, you can see a sharpe dark patch on the driver side by the cut off, i believe the driver len is a bit aimed too far to the passengerside and a little low

also, here's some pics from the old tyc projectors, using the same h1 hid bulb




finally, the comparison pic of the new projector, to the old one




i may add more pics

and if anyone need some angel on the lights, let me know

the cars that drives next to me, or front of me, they have no lights, it's overtaken by the hids

I have a question, you used the TYC headlights, but changed the projector to valeo? where did u get the projectors?

after you change the projector, do you have to use HID?? or i can still use regular H1???

the new projector accepts h7(if you wonder how this looks, think of a celica, they use h7 projectors) or hids. please do not get confused, the projectors do not accpet h1 bulbs, i had them rigged so i can use them for a while till i had time to splice the oem d2 plugs into my plug and play harness, which is today :-p

when i have time, i'll throw some h7 bulbs in there and see how much light it has, i have a feeling it will be 10x better than the tyc h1s

i took the headlights apart like the oem lights, removed the old projector, and installed the new one onto the ajuestment screws. it requires some modifications though
