will this strobe setup drain my battery?

Hmm.. I thought about getting strobe setup and I came up with this Idea on wiring strobe to panic mode in our cars. Take off horn setup from panic mode and put strobe lights wired on there so it will be remoteable. but leaving in panic mode with strobes for hours, would it drain my battery? I know just the strobe lights wont really do any harm to my battery but not sure about panic mode on all the time
