Putting in Headlights.....

I just got projector headlights for my 03 civic cpe...do I have to take off the front bumper to reach the screws or is there an easier way?

yes just take off the bumper cover it makes it so much easier , there is a diy for it thatg section, i was able to do itmyself when i put my tycs in but it took like 90 min i think ir something like that from start to finish

Yes, you MUST take off the bumper.
